How Present, Previous Govt allegedly violated the constitution of INDIA, here is one example
Govt. Intentionally indulging to sell ESIC medical colleges. WHY?
Because the contributors of ESIC @ I.Ps. (Workers /Labourers)are mostly illiterate----+ and elites of Indian society turning blind eye. The assets worth rs.10000/- crores infrastructured on contribution of Poor workers @ I.Ps. is planned to be sold to Private Players ###
Do we VOTE so that our representatives get Power to Sale National Public Property or to appoint agents?
No !!! We VOTE for Public representatives so that they as Govt. should shoulder the responsibility of Public Education,Health etc.
It's high time we as VOTERS convey our agenda to representatives of Political parties than hear their agenda.
In the instant case DR. PRAMOD E. JADHAV organized IPs, Medical Teachers, Medical Students from Mumbai ,Calcutta(W.B.),kerala, Hyderabad(T), Delhi, Chennai (T.N..), Banglore, Bihar & Public Interest Litigation was filed against Govt. Of India BALARAJ JADHAV & Others V/S Union Govt. Of India (W. P. c No.11837) of 2015 before Hon'ble High Court Delhi ____ The Hon'ble High Court declared that Govt' decision to sell ESIC Medical colleges is ILLEGAL.
In this legal battle Senior counsels namely Mrs.INDU MALHOTRA (now Hon'ble Justice Supreme court of India),Mr.COLIN GONSALVIS, Mrs. NALINI P. CHIDAMBARAM, Mr. GOVIND JEE, Mr. PRASHANT Dahat solicited legal aid with extensive marathon arguments.
Interestingly neither ruling Party nor opposition Parties ever addressed this issue, surprisingly the decision of Hon'ble High Court Delhi is left unchallenged till date by Govt. Of India.

We demand recovery of sold NATIONAL PUBLIC PROPERTIES from personel assets of those who did this ILLEGAL act.
